The theme of this year’s forum is Dual Education and Training for Competitive Regions, focusing on best practices from both VET and higher education. The Forum will offer keynote speeches and panel discussions with high-ranking experts in the field bringing experience from all types of stakeholders across the skills ecosystems (various types of education institutions, industry, governmental bodies and NGOs).
Programme highlights include contributions from representatives of the European Commission, the Styrian regional government, the Chamber of Commerce Styria, as well as international universities and organisations. The programme focuses on current challenges and future perspectives for vocational excellence and dual education and training in Europe.
The speakers and panellists bring with them experience from participation in various CoVE projects, European University Alliances, national and regional initiatives. Furthermore, the forum will offer workshops on various transversal and sectoral topics related to vocational and dual education, as well as study visits to companies and schools in the region.
