What I studied:
⭐ My job: HR Manager & Identity Coach (Professional and Personal Self-Discovery), Gleisdorf.

Me in three emojis: 🎤 🥘 🌳
In my free time: Self-fulfillment through guitar, singing & watercolor painting
The coolest internship was: RAINBOWS – §95 parental counseling and children & youth groups on the topic of separation and divorce
When I was little, I wanted to be a veterinarian, today I am an identity coach for adults and children.
If I hadn’t studied Social Work, I wouldn’t be the person I am today. Studying Social Work gave me insight into what life can also look like.
Here is where I spent my time after the lectures: On the cozy couches with my fellow students.
The best food on campus: A bagel at the café across the street
My favorite spot on campus: Outside on the bench under the tree
This is how I celebrated my graduation: Sharing a meal with my family at the Steirer
Tell us what your job is, without telling us what your job is: Find your WHY – a journey of self-discovery
What you definitely learn in my study programme: (Healthy) Boundaries
The best course was: Human Resource Management & Labor Law
This course was a challenge for me: Accounting
Fun fact from my studies? Useless knowledge? You can find peace and quiet in the library
Invest in your personal development by seeking psychosocial support during your studies (through a coach, psychologist, or therapist), allowing you to work through your own personal issues.
I’m more than happy to offer my support as a mentor and coach in this process.
This is my job: I support people in discovering their professional and personal identity — helping them find their “why” in life. It’s a journey of career and personal self-discovery.
How did I get this job? Alongside my role as Head of HR, I completed training as a certified coach and psychosocial counselor.
In my self-employed work, I combine my experiences and skills from the worlds of education, social work, and human resource management.
What I learned in my studies for this job: Legal knowledge, communication skills, open-mindedness, setting boundaries, knowing personal limits, and more.
Why / What do I like about my job: Being able to turn my former weakness — high sensitivity — into a strength, as I have a very good sense for people. I also enjoy holistic thinking, applying concepts and methods, and reading between the lines.
What I don’t like about my job: Honestly, nothing comes to mind. It has been a journey of professional self-discovery with its ups and downs — but thanks to that, I now know exactly what brings me joy and fulfillment in my work.
What skills and abilities are needed for the job: Healthy boundaries, curiosity, joy in working with people, and a holistic mindset.
Biggest success so far / a highlight from my career path: Building an HR department, launching a large employer branding project, managing a company rebranding, and eventually starting my own business.
What are the next steps, what do you have planned: Self-fulfillment through self-employment.
