Lessons Learned

“During the whole project duration, I have learned or deepen my knowledge. From project management perspective I’ve learned the importance of communication, especially in a large team, such as our (15 members). Moreover, I’ve seen that not all the 15 member will work, but rather some 10 people. However, I believe it’s a normal process in projects. Secondly, I understood how important it is to provide feedback and sometimes be more direct in order to avoid problems in the future. From the marketing perspective, I liked to write a strategy from real company and actually think how it might work and why. It was a challenging task, but with help of my colleagues to was rather interesting. Furthermore, I’ve learned the skill of copyediting, as I was working for the texts of vision am mission statements, flyer, coupon, and email texts (promotion material). This helped me realize to what direction I would like to go further in my career”.
