The preparatory work for this assessment was carried out by a team from all EU4Dual partner universities in Work Package 9 (Quality Management and Impact Monitoring). The process included conducting an organizational maturity screening through interviews and submitting a comprehensive self-description report.
The assessment itself was conducted by Quality Austria within the framework of the Austrian State Prize. The assessment took place at FH JOANNEUM in Graz, Austria, with a diverse group of international participants from the EU4Dual consortium joining online. This hybrid format allowed for a comprehensive and inclusive evaluation process.
We’re incredibly proud to share that EU4Dual scored 306 points, securing a 3-star rating and the distinguished “Recognized for Excellence” award. Statement from Roswitha Wiedenhofer-Bornemann, leader of Work Package 9 Quality Management and Impact Monitoring: “This achievement reflects our dedicated commitment to excellence, continuous improvement, and the highest quality standards. We’re thrilled with this outcome and extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who contributed to this success.”
EU4Dual will undergo a second EFQM assessment before the end of the funding period, focusing on continuous improvement and refinement. We are committed to enhancing our quality management procedures to ensure the highest standards are met. This assessment will provide valuable insights and drive further advancements, ensuring that EU4Dual continues its journey towards becoming an excellent organisation.
