free4, “free for everything” - a versatile wheelchair for practically any terrain. With just a few easy steps, it can be changed from a compact indoor version with four castors to an outdoor, rough-terrain version with three castors (with a lower center of gravity and a longer wheelbase) and back again. free4 is a concept for an active wheelchair that enables users with impaired mobility to be more mobile and independent and have more freedom both in everyday and in recreational use.
