Profile

Elisabeth Rieger combines many years of experience in HR and organizational development (media, automotive) with her current work in higher education: cooperation, digital transformation, project-, knowledge- and performancemanagement in IT contexts. Since 2006 she supports organizations as a consultant, facilitator, mediator and trainer — through workshops, team development, leadership training, supervision and coaching. As a lecturer she has taught at FH Joanneum and the University of Graz; since 2025 she is part of the Central IT Services (ZID) at TU Graz. Guided by her motto "Change connects!", she embodies openness, curiosity, trust and a spirit of cooperation.
