Helmut Michl

Dr. Helmut Michl is a lecturer for external accounting in the Bachelor’s program in Banking and Insurance. After studying Business Administration at the University of Graz with a specialization in auditing, trust services, accounting, banking, and financial law, he completed his doctoral studies while working as a university assistant at the Institute for Auditing, Trust Services, and Accounting. Before becoming the head of the department for quantitative and scientific methods and a full-time lecturer in the Accounting & Controlling program at FH Campus 02, he gained specialized professional experience as a corporate client advisor in a bank. In addition to teaching, research, and project management, he supervises and evaluates academic theses.
