Profile
DI(FH) Tobias Drugowitsch is a Senior Consultant and Partner at PMCC Consulting GmbH, based in Graz, as well as a part-time lecturer at the University of Graz, Campus02, and FH Joanneum.
Tobias Drugowitsch began his academic education in 1999 at FH Kufstein, specializing in Facility Management. He subsequently completed several internationally recognized management programs in project management, agile management systems, and process management. He started his lecturing career in the winter semester of 2007/2008 at FH Upper Austria, Campus Wels, and has since been active as a part-time lecturer at various universities of applied sciences and universities.
His current professional focus includes organizational development, project management professionalization, change management, and agile transformation for both national and international clients. He also provides project coaching and coaching for certification preparation in project management (IPMA® and scrum.org®). His work also emphasizes digitalization and virtual training and coaching.
