REDWAVE Project

Students of International Management have been consulting REDWAVE, a worldwide operating company with its headquarters in Austria, to define its strategic position in the recycling and waste industry.

In their project class with Elizabeta Valentic, the students worked on the identification of possible future business segments and strategic recommendations for REDWAVE, which supplies economic sorting plants for recyclables and turnkey waste treatment plants.

Having analysed the company’s main competitors and their market position in the third semester, MIG16 presented REDWAVE with their overall research findings and recommendations.

REDWAVE, a division of BT Wolfgang Binder GmbH, is a leading manufacturer of sensor-based sorting machines with a sturdy industrial design achieving a high performance in the quality recovery of materials.
