What I studied:
🔧My job: Industrial Designer at Box Clever (bxclvr.com) in San Francisco, CA, USA
Me in three emojis: ✏️🎉🚴♀️
The coolest internship was: Nonobject
If I hadn’t studied Industrial Design, I would be: Architect or musician
Here is where I spent my time after the lectures: In the studio and in the club
My favorite spot on campus: the studio, of course
Tell us what your job is, without telling us what your job is (in one word or sentence): “Synthesizer”
What you definitely learn in my study programme: Friendships for life
The best course was: design
This course was a challenge for me: Design history, which I would now celebrate 😀
Fun fact from my studies? Useless knowledge? We started @boringthings in the computer room next to the studio, which enabled us all to get internships in the Bay Area.
You hold the power to shape the future with the thing you love. Some of your ideas will define how millions of people will interact, see and unterstand the world around them.

As a lead industrial designer, I design products from concept to production, focusing on product development, design perspective, decision-making, and team and customer management. I got my start through internships, a strong portfolio, online presence (Behance, Pinterest), and networking.
During my studies, I learned the basics of design, sketching, storytelling, model building, and teamwork—skills that continue to shape me today. What I particularly love about my job is transforming ideas into mass-market products, finding creative solutions as a team every day, and learning from each other.
The growing responsibility is challenging: team leadership, customer communication, and the balance between aesthetics and business are becoming increasingly central. Success here comes from personality, curiosity, passion, and the desire to exceed expectations.
My highlight so far? Shaping the design language for Caraway Home, designing almost 100 products, and winning several design awards. My next step: growing as a designer, exploring new product categories and technologies. Dream big! 🚀
