Before the mobility
Incoming staff and teachers who are visiting FH JOANNEUM for a longer time can start to learn German or brush up their German knowledge in an intensive course which is offered at the beginning of the semester or in one of the German courses during the semester.

Erasmus+ teachers and staff
FH JOANNEUM is happy to welcome teachers and staff from Erasmus+ partner institutions for an Erasmus+ teaching assignment or staff training.
For incoming teachers from enterprises of an Erasmus programm country an Erasmus grant can be applied for.
During the mobility
At the end of the stay Erasmus incoming teachers and staff can ask for a signed confirmation of stay at the respective FH JOANNEUM degree program .
Erasmus+ International Credit Mobility (ICM)
FH JOANNEUM successfully participates in Erasmus+ International Credit Mobility (ICM). In the framework of ICM incoming teaching assignments and staff trainings from Erasmus partner countries worldwide are possible. Partner countries vary according to the call and success in the application process. Participation of the partner universities and countries as well as of the mobile participants is carried out together with the respective degree programs and central offices.
