Dräger Iris / Access Control System

Iris is a holistic access control system that was developed especially for sterile workplaces and professional organizations such as hospitals or chemical laboratories. Through biomarkers the system recognizes from the pupil reaction (triggered by light stimuli) whether substances such as alcohol, drugs or medication have been taken before going to work.

This is especially important for professionals with a high level of safety and quality. Measurement results are only visible to the test person (displayed in the glasses). If the test is positive (= under the influence of medication, drugs, alcohol or in case of very strong fatigue) the person gets a notification via app with further instructions.
