The digital bank will manage with much less space than existing bank branches. Therefore, space is created in the branches that can be used differently. In this design, the banking area was reduced in size to create space for the community. With a cashrecycler, remitter and a video consultation room, analogue people can also find their way around very easily. Accessibility and privacy are essential parts of the design.
