Profile

Eva Arhar is a researcher at FH JOANNEUM working on sustainable food systems, with a focus on sustainable consumption and regional food supply chains. She holds a Master’s degree in Organic Agricultural Systems and Agroecology from Universität für Bodenkultur Wien. Her research focuses on the transformation of agri-food systems towards greater sustainability and resilience, combining food systems knowledge with qualitative research methods. She has experience in national and international research projects and strong expertise in multi-stakeholder management, collaborating with actors across the food system. In addition to her research activities, she is involved in teaching on sustainable food systems and agricultural production.
