You will work and research in the laboratories of the Institute of Applied Production Sciences at FH JOANNEUM and at the production plants of our project partners.

Did you know, …

… that our graduates go into a wide range of professional fields?

For example, they develop new foods based on regional products, devise innovative process chains for food processing, preservation and packing and work in the fields of hygiene, environmental and quality management.

Did you know, …

… that you can obtain certification as a Quality Management Technician specialising in food safety?

The pre-requisite for this is the Hygiene Manager certificate which you can obtain during your first year of study by attending the relevant classes of the Bachelor’s programme in Sustainable Food Management.
