My biggest accomplishment so far:
It is always satisfying when a recruitment process leads to a fulfilling collaboration for both the company and the candidate or when trainees can take something positive away from their training, either for themselves or their work.
How I found my current job:
I applied to a job advertisement for the role of Junior Consultant with conos gmbh and initially started out in classic business consulting. Later I took advantage of the opportunity to work with a partner company, HR consultants Eva Bertsch Consulting. The HR consulting firm later merged with the business consultancy, and since then, I have specialised entirely in the field of professional and management recruitment and human resources.
What I learned for this job during my studies:
Lots of background knowledge about all facets of the tourism sector as well as analytical and structured thinking and working.
Job prospects in my field:
Junior Consultant positions are being increasingly advertised. Depending on the focus of the company or position, they generally require a subject-specific degree and relevant experience in the form of internships.

About my job:
Variety, challenging tasks and a friendly team of colleagues are very important in my work. All of this is available in my current consulting job at conos gmbh/ebc – efficient business careers.
I also completed:
After finishing my Bachelor’s degree in Health Management in Tourism, I completed a Master’s in Entrepreneurship & Tourism at the MCI. Then I entered full-time employment.
I continued my studies because:
After my Bachelor’s degree I wanted to further develop my knowledge in tourism and business administration and gain experience at another university/university of applied sciences.
