After Graduation

Career paths

Although most of our graduates go on to study for a Master’s degree at the Institute, a direct career entry is possible. There is a strong demand for our well-trained graduates in the aerospace industry. Typical fields of activity include testing and quality management in the supply industry or engineering and design in aircraft manufacture.

The relatively new Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees have meanwhile become familiar in the industry in the German-speaking area. From the point of view of career advancement, however, a Master’s degree (corresponding to the former “Diplom-Ingenieur” degree) is of advantage.
