The Great Pleasure of Real Projects – EVOSKI, EVOCALL, EXCHIMP

In the third semester of their bachelor studies, MIG16 students worked together with Evolaris Next Level GmbH and EXCHIMP to find the best market entry strategies for very innovative projects and services.

In their role as consultants, the students developed strategies for the Austrian, Slovenian, Swiss, French, and Italian markets for EVOSKI, EVOCALL, and EXCHIMP, which is a brand of the SunnyBAG GmbH, in the Project Class “International Market Entry” with Lecturer Ligia Franco Pasqualin.

After three face-to-face interactions, the student project teams provided the companies with their research findings, strategic analyses, and recommendations in executive papers for Evolaris’s project EVOSKI (Improved Orientation in Skiing Areas) and EVOCALL (Live Support for Increased Efficiency) as well as for the services of EXCHIMP (Immersive 360° videos and virtual reality experiences).

The great pleasure of working has paid off:

“Working with Evolaris was an excellent opportunity to gain first experiences in carrying out a real project. Since the company gave us clear information, the whole project team had great pleasure in rolling up the sleeves and experiencing what real projects look like. Personally, I gained a better feeling for project management as well as self-confidence."
