In the Sustainable Construction in Existing Contexts study track of the Master’s degree programme in Construction Management and Engineering, you will specialise in the sustainable planning and further development of existing buildings and spaces. Through practice-oriented and interdisciplinary project work with a focus on revitalisation, energy-efficient building planning and innovative facade development, you will be ideally prepared for activities with a higher level of personal responsibility or in management positions. With specific content from the basic subjects of the Construction Management and Engineering degree programme, you will acquire comprehensive skills for all relevant areas of the construction industry.
