The course gives an introduction to selected chapters of civil law and case-handling with particular emphasis on the General Section of Private Law. The students learn cases from subareas of private law and the solving of cases on the basis of claims. The acquisition of basic knowledge in various areas of private law is in the foreground with a special focus on contract law.
