The Demonstration Day of the Austrian Case Study was carried out on the 13th of June 2024. The aim was to give people who are interested to replicate the food Innovation Incubator insight and a deeper understanding of the Incubator by sharing basic knowledge, our experiences and results.
An important step in the Austrian Case Study was the Co-creation Workshop on the 4th of June 2024, which was held together with the college from Fraunhofer ISI.
