Food: Product and Process Design

Food: Product and Process Design is a co-op programme characterised by extensive practice blocks which form an integral part of the course. This facilitates the transfer of knowledge from the university to business practice and vice versa right from the first semester. You can specialise according to your interests and expand your application knowledge.

Students enhance their individual knowledge within the company by carrying out tasks in self-selected core modules and by planning and implementing practical projects.

Food: Product and Process Design is organised as a co-op Master's programme. All students work in a manufacturing company during the two-year course. Theoretical blocks alternate with practical work, leading to a permanent exchange of knowledge and experience. Development projects carried out at the company are the rule rather than the exception.
