The course is thematically divided into two areas. The part dealing with management and the part dealing with leadership.
In the field of management, it is important for students to get to know goals, tasks and challenges of the business management process.
In the area of leadership, the focus is on the one hand on the different leadership calm that the students have to explain. On the other hand, selected leadership topics such as praise and recognition, delegation, management techniques, etc. will be presented and by means of discussion and minor cases students should be able to apply the knowledge.
As a generic term, media law encompasses the branches of public law and civil law that legally regulate individual and mass (universal) information and communication. Thus, the use and usability of media-transmitted content is regulated by law. Among other things, it deals with telecommunications law, e-commerce law and law, KSchG, domain law, signature law
The course Entrepreneurship is dedicated to help the students as entrepreneurs make educated decisions about starting and growing their businesses. The students aim to promote the economy, through the development of products and services that encourage entrepreneurship and support business growth. They will be informed about financial government support programmes.
Introduction to labor law, contract of employment, employee rights and -obligations, service note, demarcation to work contract and free contract of employment, notice, vacation, allinclusive, overtime, vacation and collaborative labor law
