THENOVA

Theatre-based training to support innovation in companies

THENOVA is a 30-month project launched in November 2020 and co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union.

A team of passionate teachers, experienced SME trainers and professional artists from Austria, Germany, Greece and Poland are working together to develop innovative theatre-based methods for professional development and business training to support the innovation potential of SMEs in Europe.

Theatre and performance techniques are developed and used for personal training and specific topics and contents are conveyed in live theatre sessions with professional actors. The result of the project is a collection of training material that is made available free of charge to interested trainers.

FH JOANNEUM is involved with the Institutes of Architecture and Civil Engineering, Applied Production Sciences and Social Work.
