Semester abroad
Our students are perfectly prepared for a professional career working for an international business, whether in Austria or abroad, and here the semester abroad plays an important role. Our goal is to open the doors to a successful career for our dedicated and motivated students. Many businesses now expect young academics to have international experience. Anyone aiming at middle or top management jobs should speak at least two languages and demonstrate an ability to conduct themselves properly in other cultures. We offer our students the chance to gather intercultural experiences throughout the world, whether in Mexico, Ireland, Belgium, Columbia, South Korea or elsewhere.
How does it work?
An application is made to the degree programme, followed by a selection process according to the number of free places available, currently at the universities in Udine/Italy, Spain, Mexico or South Korea, for example. Students who have demonstrated satisfactory achievements in their studies and a necessary level of commitment will be invited to discuss the placements in more detail during a personal interview.
