If you want to apply for this Master’s degree programme you need to have
a relevant Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or
a degree comparable or equivalent to a bachelor in Architecture.
Applicants must provide evidence of proficiency in English at level B2 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.

Holders of the following Bachelor’s or other postsecondary degrees in mechanical engineering or mechatronics will be considered to meet the admission requirements, depending on the electives chosen:
Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering from FH JOANNEUM
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Graz University of Technology
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Vienna University of Technology
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Munich University of Technology
Diploma degree in Automotive Engineering & Railway Engineering from FH JOANNEUM
Diploma degree in Mechanical Engineering from Graz University of Technology with a specialisation in internal combustion engines
The language of instruction is mostly English. However, some courses may be held in German. For organisational reasons, and to facilitate communication, it is obligatory for students to have adequate proficiency in German and to present the relevant language certification.
