My StudiesThe internship is designed to provide students with practical training. It is either undertaken in a health care institution or with a company providing services to the health care sector. The internship gives students the opportunity to learn the skills needed when facing future career challenges, as well as a chance to get to know their future employers. Many of our students make contacts during their internship which prove invaluable in securing their first employment.
Students completing an internship in a hospital, for example, become directly familiar with clinical processes, and can apply and refine the skills they have learnt during their studies. This often provides additional motivation to study further.
